Okay this was originally supposed to be a longer post but I keep getting distracted by things. If you haven’t already done so, you can download the new Stars single here for the price of an email address.
Fixed, the lead single, is pretty and airy in a way that makes you think of the summer. It wouldn’t be out of place on either Set Yourself on Fire or In Our Bedroom After the War which gives me high hopes for the upcoming The Five Ghosts.
Speaking of the new album to be released this summer – I ended up winning tickets for the band’s Ottawa show on May 7! Expect to see reviews of that show as well as the new album sometime in mid-May.
